Having determined what certification program you would like to participate in and what exam to take, you are welcome to schedule the exam at SoftServe University certification centre.

Fill in and submit the registration form.
You should submit your exam request by filling in the on-line registration form. Please pay attention to your personal information. This information will be used by the providers (Pearson VUE or Prometric) and your exam vendor to contact you.
If you have already taken any exam with Pearson VUE or Prometric, please provide your ID (e.g. if you are a Microsoft Certified Professional, provide your MCP ID).
Please indicate your payment method – credit card, invoice or voucher.
You should also indicate your desirable date and time of taking the certification exam. The certification centre is opened from Monday to Friday, 10.00 AM – 6.00 PM. The exam date and time will be specified additionally by the certification centre Administrator.

Pay the exam cost.
The certification centre Administrator will reply to your request and provide you with necessary information on exam price and payment details.
Conduct payment at least two business days prior to your scheduled appointment time. In case of invoice, payment should be conducted with Privat Bank. The list of Privat Bank branches in Lviv can be found here.
Upon registration you will receive an email notification with the scheduled exam details.

Take the exam at the certification centre.
Please arrive at the test center 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you adequate time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures. Please be prepared to show two (2) forms of personal ID. Both must have your signature, and one of the two must have your photo.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an exam you will be refused in admission, the exam cost is not refunded. If you do not arrive for an exam at all, this is processed automatically as “no show” by the exam provider and the exam cost is not refunded.
After finishing the exam you will be given your score report. Paper certificate is in responsibility of the exam vendor (e.g Microsoft, Cisco etc.). You should contact your certification vendor to receive the welcome kit and paper certificate.
